Maths Week
Maths week takes place this week and to mark the occasion, Holy Rosary Primary School will be involved in a wide variety of mathematical activities each day during the week. We have organised some puzzles, quizzes, trails and much more to show just how much fun maths can be!
Throughout this school year we will also focus on the teaching of mathematics within the school. We would be very grateful if parents from 2nd class up could complete the Parents Maths Questionnaire and return it to the school by Friday, 23rd October.
Enrolment 2016
Application forms are now available for those wishing to enrol their child for September 2016. Forms can be collected from the office or are available to download at www.holyrosaryps.ie. Completed Application Forms should be returned to the office with all of the relevant documents by Friday, 23rd October 2015.
Halloween Hike
We are holding a sponsored Halloween Hike on Wednesday, 21st October. All money raised will go towards the cost of transport to games/matches etc. and the cost of PE equipment. Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes on the day. We look forward to your generous support.
Tesco Community Fund
Holy Rosary Primary School has been included in Tesco’s Community Fundraising. Every time you shop in Tesco at the Square in Tallaght you will receive blue tokens. Please place the tokens in the Holy Rosary container and at the end of each 8 week period the tokens are counted and up to €1,000 is shared proportionally between good causes. Our thanks to Catherine Morgan for helping to organise this for us.
Dates for your Diary
Holy Rosary Primary School will be closed for the Halloween Break from Monday, 26th of October to Friday the 30th of October inclusive.

- Old Files
- Cardboard/Cornflakes & other boxes
