A Midwife Crisis!
Holy Rosary School presents ‘A Midwife Crisis’ – a hilarious new nativity due for delivery in December! Starring Ms. Ralph’s 1st class accompanied by the school choir. The show will take place on Thursday, 17th December 2015 at 8pm in the school hall.
Admission is free but by ticket only. Tickets are available from the school office on Wednesday and Thursday or by sending a note to class teacher. Due to limited capacity of the school hall, tickets will be allocated on a first come basis. There will be a raffle on the night and tickets will cost €2 per strip or 3 strips for €5.
Food Collection
Anyone wishing to contribute to Cross Care, Diocesan Food Appeal can leave items into the school office. The food is given directly to individuals and families in need through local community food banks and also to over 70 other charities in Dublin. Types of food urgently needed include pasta/rice, fruit juice, tea/coffee, soup, sugar, powdered milk, tinned foods, biscuits and hygiene products.
Christmas Bake Sale
6th class pupils will host a ‘Christmas Bake Sale’ on Friday, 18th December. Children can purchase 3 cakes for €2. Proceeds will be split between a Charity and 6th class trip. 6th Class would like to thank you in advance for your support.
Coffee Morning
The Parents’ Association are holding their Christmas Coffee Morning on Friday, 18th December from 9.30a.m. to 10.30a.m. in the school hall. Donations of cakes/biscuits appreciated. All welcome.
Christmas Fair
Congratulations to all those involved in the Christmas Fair on the 6th December. The event was a huge success and everyone had a great time. Thanks to everyone who attended or donated goods for the fair.
Parish Newsletter
The Parish Christmas Newsletter is now available for distribution. The Parish would appreciate help in delivering the newsletters to homes. If you can spare a little time to help with this, please contact the Parish Office or call into Holy Rosary Church and pick up a bundle to deliver on your road.

Christmas Closing
Holy Rosary Primary School will close for the Christmas Holidays on Tuesday, 22nd December at 12.30pm sharp and re-open on Wednesday, 6th January.
