Dear Parent(s),

Throughout the school year there are many activities and events held for the children and parents of Holy Rosary. Some events are set up by the teachers such as Maths Week and Arts Week and some by the parents such as Coffee Mornings, Clothes Collections, Face Painting and Cake Sales. There are also bigger events like the Christmas Fair and Family Fun Day and as I am sure you can imagine none of these events can happen without the help of parents. Therefore, The Parents’ Association are setting up a Volunteers Email List.

How does it work?

Everyone who adds their name to the list will be emailed with the date and time of an upcoming event, if you are available to help out at that event simply reply to the email.

Why should I volunteer?

Without the help of parents none of these events can take place and the children benefit so much from them. We also know the children – especially the younger ones – love to see their parents helping out at school. You will also get to meet other parents and teachers – oh and it’s A LOT OF FUN!!!!

What if I am not always available?

We are very aware that many parents are unable to commit time during the school day but may be in a position to volunteer occasionally, and even just helping out at one event can make a huge difference.

How do I add my name to the Volunteers Email List?
