Kind Minds + Yoga (1st – 4th Class ): Wed Spring 22


Booking for all After School classes will close on Tuesday 5th April at 7pm.


Yoga is a way to exercise our bodies, our breath and our minds – this makes us feel great! It helps us to feel a better connection to ourselves and the people around us. 
This class will incorporate both fun, active yoga as well as activities to relax and calm our minds from the busy day. 
This will give the children strategies to focus on themselves, their body and breath to help them everyday going forward. This class will help us to develop better coping mechanisms, self regulation techniques and kindness towards ourselves and others. It will incorporate the outdoor environment, improving our gross and fine motor skills, coordination and balance.
